Don't wait too long, beat the rush!

By January 31st of 2008, all non Part 103 compliant ultralights must be registered as Experimental Light Sport Aircraft.   Trailer or fly your aircraft to me, at Hendersonville 0A7 Airport, or I'll come to you.  I will obtain your new N-number, create a Pilot Operating Handbook and maintenance/inspection instructions, conduct your first annual condition inspection, review or create aircraft logbooks, install placards and any necessary modifications, create a weight and balance report, and coordinate with the FAA Designated Airworthiness Inspector to complete the transition to ELSA.

  With my experience as a builder, instructor, and A&P mechanic, I can usually have your ELSA aircraft ready to fly in just a few days.

Owner assistance is welcome and encouraged.

Not a Sport Pilot yet???  No problem, use my ELSA Quicksilver, or your newly registered ELSA to complete your Sport Pilot training.  Take advantage of the down time to complete your Sport Pilot Knowledge Test and get ready for your practical flight test.

Flat rate cost for the conversion is $350.00 plus materials and DAR/FAA fees.
