| Service | Description |
| Decarbon engine | Includes carbon removal from tops of pistons, cylinder heads, and rings; includes new gaskets for head, base, exhaust, and intake; pistons and rings are checked for proper gaps and clearances and reported back to customer. Before and after photo CD is included. |
| Bing carburetor rebuild | Includes disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of the carburetor and jetting; new ideal screw and cap O-ring, bowl gasket, and float needle. The jetting settings are checked and reported to the customer. New jets are not included. If additional parts are required, we will call you with a quote. |
| Mikuni fuel pump rebuild | Includes disassembly, cleaning, and replacement of all internal parts with genuine Mikuni parts. |
| Gear box rebuild | Includes preliminary disassembly, cleaning, and inspection. For the type “B” gearbox it includes replacement of the disk springs and center gasket. For the type “C” and “E” gearbox it includes just the center gasket. This service does not include propeller shaft removal or any bearing replacements. If additional service is required we will call you with a quote. |
| 150 hour inspection | Complete disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and re-assembly using only genuine Rotax parts. Includes new case seals, gaskets, a photo CD of your engine, and a detailed breakdown report listing your current dimensions compared to Rotax tolerances. No other parts are included although some additional parts may be needed, in which case we will call you with a quote. On a 582, we also include a new water pump and rotary valve seals. Add $35.00 for the 582-mod.99. |
| 300 hour rebuild | Complete disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and re-assembly using only genuine Rotax parts. Includes new case seals, gaskets, crankshaft, pistons, a photo CD of your engine, and a detailed breakdown report listing your current dimensions compared to Rotax tolerances. For the 582, it also includes new rotary valve drive gear, bearings, and seals. No other parts are included although some additional parts may be required, in which case we will call you with a quote. Add $50.00 for the 582-mod.99. |
